EXAS TRAVEL MON IKE acts solely as an intermediary for the sale of tickets on behalf of each event organiser, by issuing reservation vouchers. The official ticket is issued by the organiser at the event venue, upon audience entry. EXAS does not participate in any way in the organisation or execution of the events.
Purchasing reservation vouchers through exas.gr implies that you have read, understood, and agreed to the contents of this policy.
All voucher purchases are made exclusively through the exas.gr website.
The vouchers are digital (PDF format) and are made available after payment is completed. The customer can download them directly from exas.gr and will also receive them by email. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the completeness and accuracy of the confirmation email.
There is no right of withdrawal (cancellation with refund) in accordance with Article 3ib of Law 2251/1994, as the vouchers concern leisure services scheduled for a specific date.
Requests to change or modify vouchers are not accepted, unless explicitly stated in the event description and only with the organiser’s approval.
In the case of a final cancellation of the event by the organiser, EXAS will refund the amount paid to the customer, following written notice from the organiser and according to the instructions provided.
If the date or location of the event is rescheduled, the voucher remains valid for the new date or location. No automatic refund is foreseen.
Vouchers are valid only for the event and date specified on the voucher.
Entry with a reduced-price ticket (e.g. child ticket) is valid only if explicitly stated in the event terms. The organiser reserves the right to deny entry if the required documentation is not presented.
Access to events is on a general admission basis, without numbered seating, unless otherwise specified.

EXAS makes every reasonable effort to inform the public accurately and in a timely manner about new events and any changes that may arise. The company does not attend events, has no organisational role, and bears no responsibility for any incident at the event venue.
